Effective September 18, 2026
Pilot Terms of Service
The agreement for the free, invitation-only Worth the Practice pilot.
The agreement
These terms are between you and WORTH THE PRACTICE LLC and take effect on September 18, 2026. They apply only to Pilot 1, the free, invitation-only United States pilot. A paid or public service will require new terms.
By creating an account, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the AI Processing Disclosure. If those documents conflict about how personal information is handled, the Privacy Notice controls.
Who may participate
You must be at least 18 years old, be located in the United States, and have an invitation. Access is personal and for your individual use. Each account is for one person and may not be shared.
What Worth the Practice is
Worth the Practice helps you prepare before a job interview by organizing details you provide, giving you a place to practice answers aloud, and returning coaching grounded in what you said.
It is never hidden assistance during a live interview or assessment. It does not predict hiring outcomes, score employability, guarantee interviews or offers, or analyze personality, emotion, deception, accent, disability, or protected traits.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Your content and permission to serve you
Your content remains yours. You give us a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, copy, organize, contact-mask, transcribe, and otherwise process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the product for you under these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the AI Processing Disclosure.
Our service providers may process your content only as needed to provide their services to us and on our instructions. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You permit us to generate coaching from the material you choose to provide. If you voluntarily send feedback about the product, you give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use and incorporate that feedback without identifying you or revealing your private content.
Worth the Practice and its licensors retain all rights in the product, software, design, and materials we provide. No other license is granted.
Record only your own practice
Record only your own practice answers. Do not record another person or any private conversation. If someone else starts speaking, pause the recording.
Use the product fairly
Do not use Worth the Practice during a live interview or assessment, seek concealed assistance, fabricate work history, submit material you do not have the right to use, attempt to reach another person's data, work around access controls or rate limits, resell or redistribute the product, or upload malicious content.
We may pause or end access when these expectations are not met or when reasonably needed to protect the service or others.
Use your judgment
Transcription and coaching are AI-assisted and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Worth the Practice does not promise that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose or that it will produce an employment outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the pilot and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty or protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Worth the Practice and its affiliates arising from or relating to the pilot or these terms will not exceed $100.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worth the Practice and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunity, income, or data, even if advised that such harm was possible.
These limits do not apply to fraud or willful misconduct and do not limit any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. This section survives the end of your access and these terms. The Pilot 1 limits are not a precedent for any paid or public-launch terms.
Ending the pilot
You may stop using Worth the Practice at any time. You may export your work or schedule deletion of your account from your privacy settings.
We may pause or end your access or end the pilot. Where practical, we will give notice and at least 14 days to export your work before access ends. After that window, information is handled and deleted as described in the Privacy Notice.
Changes to these terms
For a material change, we will email you at least seven days before it takes effect and ask you to accept the updated documents before you continue. We may post clarifications that do not reduce your rights without requiring a new acceptance.
Resolving concerns
Please email support@worththepractice.com first. You and Worth the Practice agree to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve a concern informally.
Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any nonwaivable protections of your home state. If a concern is not resolved, you and Worth the Practice consent to the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. Either party may bring an eligible matter in small claims court. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive a right to participate in a class action where that right applies.
General terms
These terms, the Privacy Notice, and the AI Processing Disclosure are the entire agreement about the pilot. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or a successor in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, acquisition, or sale of the business, and we will notify you.
You agree that notices may be delivered electronically to your account email or through the product. You may contact us at the support address above.
